Hi - I'm Judy Sharer. I live in Gateshead with my husband and children and teach in Ateres Girls’ High School – the high school set up by Mrs Nemeth on AlPiDarko principles.
The school, based on respect for the child and transparent behaviour management system continues to thrive thanks to the intense teacher training she delivered when establishing the school. In addition, every child thrives either in the classroom via differentiated teaching or via The Learning Centre – the virtual centre where intense investigations are made about learning styles.
"I was introduced to APD by Mrs. Nemeth when she was Head Teacher at our school and it literally changed my teaching and subsequently my parenting. I trained as an APD trainer to spread the magic to teachers and to parents!"

Its added a clear framework to helping other parents to develop closer relationships and is a fantastic resource and programme!" Joanne became an Al Pi Darko trainer in 2014 and under the amazing leadership of Judith Nemeth is honoured to be involved in such a growing and essential parenting approach. Al Pi Darko blends beautifully with all my professional activities.
